Dear Helen,

I have been wanting to write to you for some time to tell you how much you and your coaching has meant to me over the past year and a half.  Since I have been working with you, both my confidence in the direction of my career and my spiritual balance have improved considerably.  I am extremely grateful to have met you and to have had the pleasure of working with you through my transitions since April 2006.  Your pleasant and soothing voice helps me stay calm during the storms in my life.  I really appreciate the way you gently encourage me to find the answers that are already within me and bring them out into the world for appropriate action in my life.  I look forward to our conversations with anticipation and consider you one of the wisest people I know.  You are my main spiritual advisor next to my pastor and have a wonderful blend of experience in specific areas of counseling that I consider rare and extremely effective for me.  I certainly consider you an important person on my team of critical advisors and love you like a sister in the Lord.  I look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with you as you help me navigate through my life’s blessings and circumstances.

One Woman’s Testimonial

As a police detective of 21 years, I can say that a lot of people have influenced my life in many different ways at various times. However, none have influenced so many aspects of both my personal and my professional life as Ms. Helen Flynn. Helen Flynn initially came into my life after the painful ending of a long term romantic relationship. That coupled with the death of my father and an extremely bitter divorce which both occurred only a few years earlier, left me feeling very overwhelmed. Ms. Flynn’s coaching and counseling techniques enabled me to move forward with my life and focus on the goals and objectives that were the most important in my life.

As a single mother, I often looked to Ms. Flynn for advice and reassurance when raising my daughter. Her guidance has helped me to raise a kind and responsible young lady. She has also given me the tools necessary to deal with the issues involving children and divorce. Interestingly, my daughter has often referred to Ms. Flynn as “our guardian angel” and recently requested to meet with Ms. Flynn after issues in high school became overwhelming for her. Ms. Flynn was able to help her focus on what was really important and let go of the rest.

Professionally, there have been times when I was at a standstill in my career and had a difficult time moving forward. Additionally, there was one very difficult time when I faced supervisors that were less than sympathetic with my plight as a single mother and made my job unbearable in an attempt to force my transfer. Ms. Flynn provided the support and encouragement that I needed to stand my ground and to attain my career goals.

 

Helen Flynn is an exceptional person, and caring life coach. She’s a great listener who then helps you to bring balance in your life by prioritizing values. Everyone should be so lucky to have Helen in their life.
